Better documentation of multi-user features

The FAQ and pricing table suggest that it is possible to share a Zeitkapsl account between multiple users, but I can’t find any further information about how that actually works. Do all users share the same photo library, or are they entirely separate, or is there some sort of access permissions model (if so, on what level – entire collection, album, individual photo)? Can the account owner set up quotas?

I signed up for the 2€ tier to test Zeitkapsl, but it looks like without shelling out an additional 4€, there’s no way to test this myself I think?
