Vertical miniatures in the albums are "squashed" to fit in horizontally
In the albums, if there are vertically aligned photos their miniatures are made to fit horizontally. This makes them look “funny” and distorted. It’s fine on the main Photo page, were all the photos are listed. So I’d like to see the same behavior in the albums as well :)

Show in the photo info to which albums it's included in
I’d like to know to which albums a photo is assigned, when I check the photo’s info page. This way I’d know if I already added a photo to the album or not, or that perhaps I have too many albums with a specific photo :)

Merge albums
If I upload 2 different folders with photos related to the same event, I end up with 2 separate albums. I’d like to merge them into 1 album, without the need to remove all photos from one of the albums and re-add them into the other one. Like select 2 albums and mark the “primary” and the “secondary”, to know which album name to take.

iOS - Quick selection of pictures
When creating albums, I need to select dozens or hundreds of pictures in the app. As it is now, I need to tap each of the pictures one by one. On other apps, I can hold my finder on a picture and scroll down and it will select rows of pictures. Can we get this in the app?

iOS: Improve user feedback that a photo has been queued for upload
When a photo is added to backup, there is no user feedback that anything happened. This applies in the single photo view as well as in the gallery view if offline. Suggestions: In the single photo view, show a toast message as feedback that the photo has been added to the upload queue. Do not show the "Add to backup" menu item in the "3 dot" menu anymore. In the gallery view, show a different icon than "crossed out cloud" if the photo has been queued for upload but is not yet uploaded ("dashed cloud" maybe?).

Configurable automated media resizing and convertor
Hello. I'd like to suggest either in context of Space Saver or (if you find it more reasonable) as a separate feature: picture size reduction (or upper limit, kinda size gate). The main task for this functionality would be unification of all pictures in format and size (e.g. all uploaded Fotos are changed to a configured resolution/size and/or converted to a configured format/container e.g. HEIC or JPEG). More complicated features would be: performing this action automatically upon upload or manually in batch and maybe something similar to videos (which brings more overhead comparing to pictures of course). The expected result would be the reduction of used storage (I know, you get paid for this, but it might attract more people) and avoid format and naming conflicts (in my case: after migrating all the photos and videos from iPhone and Google Photos I ended up with a colorful bouquet of formats, file names, extensions and sizes. Much of those sizes are clear overkill as most people don't show them at giant ads screens in New York and Tokyo, but rather post and watch only at smartphone-size screens). While the possible implementation might be relatively uncomplicated, given the variety of available software tools for dealing with photos, the result would save users significant amount of occupied storage and thus attract and help to stick with Zeitkapsl for longer.

Duplicate checker
A very important feature would be a duplicate checker. Not just visually similar images. Maybe it is also possible to check the content and not just hash and/or filenames. What I mean is conent in different resolution. But the motive is the same. And then to delete or to move the files into a different folder/album

currently one can only create a link to a collection. Then I have to send the link to the family members. It would be very nice to have a easier way to share an album with the family (the users, I have invited to share my account).
