Configurable automated media resizing and convertor

Hello. I'd like to suggest either in context of Space Saver or (if you find it more reasonable) as a separate feature: picture size reduction (or upper limit, kinda size gate).

The main task for this functionality would be unification of all pictures in format and size (e.g. all uploaded Fotos are changed to a configured resolution/size and/or converted to a configured format/container e.g. HEIC or JPEG).

More complicated features would be: performing this action automatically upon upload or manually in batch and maybe something similar to videos (which brings more overhead comparing to pictures of course).

The expected result would be the reduction of used storage (I know, you get paid for this, but it might attract more people) and avoid format and naming conflicts (in my case: after migrating all the photos and videos from iPhone and Google Photos I ended up with a colorful bouquet of formats, file names, extensions and sizes. Much of those sizes are clear overkill as most people don't show them at giant ads screens in New York and Tokyo, but rather post and watch only at smartphone-size screens).

While the possible implementation might be relatively uncomplicated, given the variety of available software tools for dealing with photos, the result would save users significant amount of occupied storage and thus attract and help to stick with Zeitkapsl for longer.
