Show local media and allow re-uploads

The app only displays photos and videos that have already been uploaded, with no option to view media stored locally on the device.

This makes it difficult to upload new items or manage existing ones. Additionally, if a photo or video is deleted from the cloud, there is no way to re-upload it.

Providing access to local media and allowing re-uploads would significantly improve usability and give users better control over their backups.
