Improve sharing options and access control

Feature Request

It would be useful to have the option to protect shared content with a password, adding an extra layer of security.

Additionally, allowing shared albums to remain accessible without a fixed expiration date would improve usability, as the current setup requires defining an end date.

    Hi,

    albums are already protected by a randomly generated password, by default it is included in the URL.

    In the web, you can already copy URL and password separately. We might implement that in the app as well.

    For now, on mobile, you can cut everything after the # from the sharing URL and remove the #, the string after the #-symbol is your password.

    In the past we also had the option for the user to provide their own password, however, this made the user experience more confusing and introduced a potential weakness (weak, guessable passwords).

    Regarding an optional expiration date, yes, we agree, this would be nice to have
